ABOUT ME
For over 25 years I've had the privilege of providing guidance and expertise to organizations and leaders in a wide variety of industries. I've seen my clients and their teams make major breakthroughs that have positively impacted themselves, those around them and the results they achieve. My approach is practical and direct, helping clients attain their professional and personal vision of success.
Prior to starting my own business, I was an Associate Principal in HR Management of Mellon Bank. Before joining Mellon, I was a Director in the Organizational Effectiveness practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
I hold both Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Organizational Psychology from Tulane University and a B.A. in Psychology from UCSB, where I was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Further, I'm an ICF certified coach, a Neuroleadership Institute "Results Trained Coach," and I've completed a Brain-Based Leadership program. Scroll down to hear what clients say.
